WIM LA is excited to announce a conversation with music mogul Lydia Asrat! Join us for a conversation with one of the top industry executives about mentorship and what it means to carve out a niche for yourself in a competitive, male dominated industry 

Founder and CEO of 10Q Management, Lydia Asrat stands at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the music industry. Her dedication to excellence coupled with a relentless pursuit of pushing boundaries, Lydia Asrat has redefined the landscape of the music industry and inspired a new generation of artists and music industry executives. 

Renowned for her ability to cultivate talent, Lydia's portfolio boasts the discovery and nurturing of artists like Doja Cat, Coco Jones, Normani, and Haben.  

In her role as Doja Cat's manager between 2016 and 2022 she also contributed as an A&R for the celebrated multi-platinum albums Planet Her (2021) and Hot Pink (2019) where she co-authored the breakout sensation "Say So.” Additionally, Lydia's contribution extended to co-writing the 3X Grammy-nominated hit single "Woman." 

Lydia Asrat’s accolades include not only Grammy nominations but coveted placements on prestigious lists such as Forbes 30 Under 30, Billboard's 2022 Women in Music Top Executives, R&B/Hip Hop Power Players and Power Players, as well as being featured on Variety Hitmakers 2021 cover issue.
