WIM Northern Ireland - GIRL DJ Workshop

Women in Music NI, powered by Help Musicians Northern Ireland, is a dedicated membership forum which offers a platform for peer-to-peer discussion, thought leadership, opportunities and networking both online and at live events on a global scale. Belfast Club Queens and champions for inclusive dancefloors, GIRL (Marion Hawkes & Venus Dupree) will lead this CDJ workshop designed for beginners. Starting with the basics, which include learning mixer / CDJ functions, selecting music, beat matching and finally moving on to mixing, this relaxed session will be informative and inspiring for the next wave of local female DJs! Join us on Sat. 27 October between 12PM - 4PM at the Nerve Centre, Derry, as we team up with GIRL for this workshop. *** This event is FREE to Women in Music NI members. £5 fee on the door for non-members. ***
