About Our Panelists:

Erika Savage - SVP Strategic Development

Erika Savage is SVP Strategic Development at Interscope Geffen A&M Records where she is responsible for growing the label’s non-recorded music business. Recently promoted into this newly created role, Erika focuses on developing integrated brand strategies for artists across music, original content, and merchandising. The 2017 Billboard Women in Music issue honored Erika as one of its 5 Executives On the Rise.

Previously a senior Business Affairs executive at Interscope Geffen A&M, Erika handled the day-to-day business affairs for a wide range of platinum recording artists including Lady Gaga, Sheryl Crow, Sean “Diddy" Combs and his label Bad Boy Records, Lana Del Rey, and the estate of Tupac Shakur.

Prior to relocating from Toronto to join Interscope in 2006, Erika led the roll-out of Universal Music Canada’s digital business, including negotiating the launch of iTunes and the first video streaming services. Erika holds a Hon. BA from the University of Toronto and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School.


Nicole Bilzerian -Head of Urban Marketing

With fourteen years of experience spanning across genres, Nicole Bilzerian began her career after earning a degree in Spanish Studies from Fordham University and interning at RCA Records. Her first job was at Jive Records in 2004. The independent-turned-major label later merged with RCA Records in 2009, where Nicole continued to hold several marketing positions throughout her tenure. Relocating to Los Angeles to join Interscope in 2013, Nicole served as a Marketing Director, managing a handful of global releases for the company, before being named Head of Urban Marketing in 2014. Now as the SVP, Head of Urban Marketing for Interscope Records. Nicole oversees the marketing strategy and development for Interscope’s urban roster which includes J. Cole, Rae Sremmurd, 6LACK, Tory Lanez, Playboi Carti, and more.


Michelle An - Head of Music Video & Creative Content

Michelle An is SVP/Head of Creative Content at Interscope Records. A Chicago-native and Northwestern University alum, Michelle has been at Interscope for over 10 years working with some of the world’s biggest music artists including, Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Selena Gomez. Michelle oversees the creation of all artist music videos, live shows, documentaries, photos and artwork. Michelle is a GRAMMY-nominated producer for her work with TV on the Radio on their long-form album/film titled “Nine Types of Light”.

Michelle oversees and manages a creative team that delivers over 100 music videos a year, garnering an estimated 1 billion monthly views on-line for the label. She was named one of Billboard’s Top Women in Music for 2017.

 

Nicole Wyskoarko - EVP Urban Operations

As Executive Vice President of Urban Operations at Interscope Geffen A&M, Nicole Wyskoarko manages the label’s A&R team, keeping projects on track and troubleshooting problems across the urban roster at a time when hip hop is dominating the charts. It’s a role Wyskoarko has been preparing for since graduating from USC’s prestigious Annenberg School of Communications and securing a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. While pursuing a legal education she landed an internship at Island Def Jam Records, where over the next 10 years her hard work and dedication would help promote Wyskoarko to Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for the company’s East Coast Labels at UMG. During her tenure she played an integral role at the company, managing projects for industry heavyweights Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Rick Ross, Post Malone, Alessia Cara, to name a few. In 2016 she joined prominent entertainment firm Carroll, Guide & Groffman LLP as Partner, building a notable client list that included Meek Mill, Playboi Carti, DJ Mustard, H.E.R, Dave East, Lil Mosey, A Boogie  and more as well as existing firm clients such as Andre 3000 and 300 Entertainment. Her vast experience and industry expertise in both the business and creative world have made her uniquely suited for her role at Interscope.


Annie Lee - SVP Finance & Operations

Native Southern Californian and current SVP of Finance at Interscope Annie Lee graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a degree in Economics. Shortly after receiving her bachelor’s degree, Lee went on to work at Disney in consumer products for three years. She then began to work at UMG North America Finance for one year until she eventually became a vital and main component to the Interscope team. Today, she deals with a wide variety of duties that go well beyond what is expected of her role. Lee covers financial reporting and deal analysis, while also managing marketing budgets and other operational finance issues. Notably and most recently, the Senior Vice President has also taken on operations ranging from building remodels to organizational issues and beyond.

 

Sari Delmar - Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships - The Participation Agency

Passion and vitality have characterized Sari Delmar’s investment in her work from its earliest stages. Beginning with the launch of her first music magazine in 2003, she would go on, in 2009, to found a boutique marketing agency in Toronto. Maintaining a team of fifteen, Delmar's agency—AB Co.—became a trusted partner to clients such as GooglePlay, French Connection, Universal Music Group, Live Nation, among others. By 2015, she had won both a Stevie Award in the Young Entrepreneur Category and an International Women Achievers Award in the Entertainment category. Recognizing her rise, ProfitGuide listed her in its Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs Rising Stars list and the Globe & Mail profiled her in its pages. In 2016 Delmar moved to the US, bringing her talents to bear at the Concord Music in LA. She subsequently relocated to NYC for a stint at experiential and events agency MKG, before assuming her current position as the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships for the Participation Agency–an award-winning experiential and design agency. At the PA, Delmar leads brand partnerships and the groundbreaking Outpost/Basecamp artist program.
