Women in Music Nashville is excited to invite you to a unique and empowering event on Sunday October 27th at 11 AM! Learn the essential skill of soldering, learn about careers in the music product side of the music industry, and meet the women who make it happen. Bagels, snacks, coffee, apple cider and tea will be available for a cozy fall Sunday brunch and solder!
We encourage anyone from all parts of the music industry to come and try a new experience! The event is free for Women in Music members; $10 per person for non members.
What to Expect:
Soldering Workshop: Led by Cassandra Sotos, CEO & co-owner of AmpRx and the AmpRx team. You'll get hands-on experience learning how to solder—an essential and useful skill. You'll make your own 1/4" instrument cable to take home (limited quantities - please RSVP)!
Industry Insights: Discover alternative career paths in the music industry from professionals including members of Women of NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants).
Network: Connect with like-minded individuals passionate about music and technology.
