Rachel Narozniak is an independent music journalist specializing in dance/electronic music and culture. Her work has appeared in various consumer and trade publications, including Beatportal, Variety, Billboard, GRAMMY.com, Los Angeles Magazine, and MusicTech Magazine. Rachel is based in downtown Los Angeles.

Helen joined The Beatport Group in April 2022 and is Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to Beatport she served as Director / GM at The Rattle LA, an incubator for music technology startups and independent artists. She is an advisor to Feedforward, an AI music search startup, a member of the Executive Board for AFEM (Association for Electronic Music) and a member of the Advisory Boards for IMS (International Music Summit) and Music Technology UK. Before transitioning into the music industry, Helen spent the first 10 years of her career in investment banking, initially at boutique M&A firm Greenhill & Co, and later as Head of Emerging Technologies at Lazard.
