IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Join Women in Music, Denver on Sunday, March 12th, 2023 at Full Moon Bookstore in Lakewood, for one of two FREE 'Immersive Sound Bath Experiences’!
Session 1: 11am - 12.30pm (arrive at 10.45am)
Session 2: 1:00pm - 2.30pm (arrive at 12:45pm)
Presented by Jade, we will begin the session with some grounding work that includes breathing exercises and an intention. Then, enjoy a state of deep relaxation as you are bathed in the healing powers, and blended musical sounds, of brass and crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and rainsticks, intentionally played to create a continuous swell of soothing sounds.
Sound healing and spiritual transformation using singing bowls have been practiced by monks and Buddhist practitioners for hundreds of years, with the sounds and vibrations produced by the hand-made musical instruments described as the “sound of the universe manifesting.”
