Vivian Barclay is a Toronto-based General Manager of Warner Chappell Music Canada Ltd., has wide-ranging experience in most areas of the music and broadcast industries. A classically trained musician, she has composed music for television commercials and won awards for her film sound production and digital audio editing talents. She has worked as a radio programmer and on-air host, in artist management, publicity and promotion and as a programmer for conferences and festivals.
Jaicko is a Barbadian contemporary pop/urban music singer/songwriter/producer. Jaicko was also nominated for six Barbados Music Awards, including: Best Pop Single, Pop/R&B Artist Of The Year, Songwriter Of The Year, and Album Of The Year in 2008. his skills in songwriting, producing, and engineering. This led to more great songs for himself and others. He released several songs on the internet including the hit song “Perfect” which received significant views and international attention. Soon Jaicko’s music grabbed the ears of international record executives who are now excited to release his songs on a much larger scale. This has led to a number of placements, which are slated for 2014 release on labels such as: Armada Music, Kontor Records and Sony Music Canada.
Katie Stein has over 10 years’ of music industry experience with a proven ability to conceptualize, develop and execute revenue generating, creative digital marketing campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands.
Barry Hill has been an aspiring professional musician since he was 17 years old. Since 2013, the multi-instrumentalist has been one half of the production duo, DreadHawk Productions. DreadHawk has been establishing itself a professional production team with many of their productions being played on radio stations throughout the Caribbean and beyond. When not producing with his bandmate, T-Ray Armstrong, Barry is gigging at colleges all over the US with his band, Cover Drive-160 shows and counting!He began his career as an young producer working with Andy “Blood” Armstrong.
Tasha Stoute is an 18-year media communications specialist within the music, entertainment and lifestyle industries. Known for her tenacity, Ms. Stoute has created campaigns for award-winning artists, pop culture influencers, and world changers.

About Honey Jam:
Honey Jam is a developmental programme which provides educational , networking, mentoring and performance opportunities for young female artists as well as promotes and supports entrepreneurs and initiatives which support women and girls. The programme culminates with an annual concert featuring amazing performances by local artists in all genres of music. The initiative started in Canada in 1995 by Barbadian Ebonnie Rowe where their most famous alums include Grammy winners Nelly Furtado and Melanie Fiona.
